Junior IT Systems Specialist

Our prominent client, one of the largest in the industry, is seeking a Junior IT Systems Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will report to the IT Systems Manager and assist with analyzing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems.

Your other responsibilities:

• Providing ongoing user support and maintaining the company's IT systems.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to gather business requirements, address system issues, and implement change requests.
• Creating test data, conducting system tests, assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and documenting outcomes to ensure system documents and operational guides are updated.
• Assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of in-house applications to meet business needs.
• Creating and maintaining reports.

• Either a Degree in IT OR basic work experience in an IT environment.
• A positive and can-do attitude.
• Knowledge of SQL.
