Our client in the Entertainment Industry is looking to recruit an IT Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and supporting in servers, networks and IT Infrastructure
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issues
- Supporting in overseeing the backups, security protocols which include firewalls, antivirus and access controls
- Handling 1st and 2nd line of support for all related issues
- Managing user accounts and permissions
- Handling inventory of hardware, software and licenses
- Assisting with IT related projects
- Supporting in the day to day duties
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role locally
- Excellent written and verbal English and Maltese
- Knowledge in Windows/Linus servers, Active Directory and network protocols
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, Security protocols and monitoring tools
- Diploma Level of Education in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Performance based bonuses
