Why is jobsinmalta now powered by Talexio?

With jobsinmalta now being powered by the Talexio Applicant Tracking System (ATS), we are able to provide employers with an industry-standard ATS free of charge - further refining and streamlining hiring managers’ recruitment process. This will save time and money by making recruitment more efficient with new candidate processing capabilities.

What is an ATS?

An ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a software that streamlines hiring processes, helping you manage job postings, applications, and candidates in one place. It organises information about job seekers and makes it searchable.

Are there any additional charges? Do I have to pay for the ATS?

Rest assured, while benefiting from Talexio ATS as a jobsinmalta client, there are no extra charges involved. The price of all listing packages will remain the same. We've enhanced our services to provide you with an improved experience at no additional cost. There is however a paid version of the Talexio ATS with enhanced functionalities.

What if I already have a jobsinmalta account?

Existing users will be automatically migrated to the new system at the end of September. All your data and remaining listings will be migrated to the new system.

On the day of migration, you will receive an email with a link to your new domain. Here, you will be prompted to create a password to activate your new account. We recommend you bookmark your new domain for easy access.

How do I create an employer account?

  1. Click 'Register' on the 'Post a Job' page.
  2. Enter your personal details.
  3. Set up your Talexio domain by creating a password.
  4. Activate your account (an email will be sent to the email address you provide) and log in to start using your new account.

Once your account is created you can access it through your domain and start your hiring process in our new streamlined system.

How do I extend a job listing and how do I modify a job?

To extend a job listing, find the relevant job in the ‘Expired Vacancies’ section on your overview dashboard, click the three dots and select ‘Republish vacancy’. Alternatively, within the ‘Vacancies’ section, click on the three dots at the end of the relevant vacancy and select ‘Publish vacancy’. Proceed to publish the vacancy on jobsinmalta.

To modify a vacancy, select the relevant vacancy, go to the ‘JOB DETAILS’ tab, make the necessary amendments and click ‘SAVE’ at the bottom of the page. Please note that changes will be moderated by the jobsinmalta team before they are reflected on jobsinmalta.com.

How long will it take before my job listing is advertised on jobsinmalta?

All vacancies are sent to our team for moderation, which can take up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email when your listing is published.

If I do not log in for a while, will I still be able to log in to my account?

If you are a jobseeker, your account will never expire. You can modify your job notification preferences at any time by signing in.

If you are an employer, you will be able to log in by clicking on the Employer sign in button. The platform saves unpublished job listings in your shopping cart after clicking “save & pay”.
