Searching for Jobs

Emailed Job postings are referred to as Job Alerts on jobsinmalta.com. You can sign up for Job Alerts at any time using the ‘Job Alerts’ tab found within the top menu bar throughout the site which is coloured in orange.

You can also find the option to ‘email me similar jobs’ at the top right of the job search pages. Complete the short and easy Job Alerts registration and you will receive helpful email postings customised for you at a frequency of your convenience.

Click on the Job Alerts tab at the top right hand side of jobsinmalta.com. Enter your personal details and a password.

  2. Enter your email address and create a password

  3. Click Next

  1. Category - tick the categories of jobs you would like to be alerted for

  2. Level - tick the levels applicable for jobs of interest

  3. Type - tick the type of jobs you wish to receive

  4. Posted By - it is suggestible to click on all three options, however the filtering option is here for your choice.  

  5. Location - here you have the option to search for jobs in only a certain regions. However, please be advised that jobs with undisclosed locations, will apply to all filters.

  6. Set frequency - this allows you to control how frequently you receive email notification. You can go for either daily alerts or weekly alerts

  7. Click on Submit
You can modify your job alerts very simply by signing into Job Alerts
All you need to do is login to Job Alerts and change the frequency to ‘Never’. This will disable alerts until you change the frequency again.

All jobseeker’s information is kept confidential and out of public view.

Job alert accounts remains active unless modified by yourself in settings.

The shortlist button can be found throughout our site represented by the star shaped icon. By simply clicking on this star icon via a job, it will automatically move the appropriate job you’re on, to your shortlisting menu. You can review your shortlisted jobs at any time by clicking the star icon at the top of the page, which will then list your recent shortlisted jobs. This tool is for your convenience to allow speedy application by applying once for all shortlisted job roles.
All individuals who are residents in Malta or are planning to relocate, can apply. If you are not a Maltese citizen or a permanent resident please visit the ETC website to obtain information.

You can apply for jobs by simply clicking on the red ‘Apply now’ button on every individual job listing page. Once you click through, you can complete the application process by completing the following fields:

  1. First Name

  2. Last Name

  3. Email Address

  4. Mobile Number

You can upload your CV or drag and drop it to the relevant location. You have the optional field to include a cover letter with your application.

There is also the option to shortlist jobs that you are interested in, in order to quickly apply for more than one role at a time. Please keep in mind that after your application has been successfully sent, all future communication is directly between you and the company you have applied with.

You will be required to upload a CV with each application. Employers will only receive the CV that is uploaded by you, via email. If you are applying for more than one role at a time, you can make use of the shortlisting function (the little star found next to each job listing) to avoid uploading a new CV each time. Once the session ends, the CV will have to be reuploaded.

  4. Click on "Continue".

  5. Read the Terms of Use and click on "I Agree".

  6. Read the Privacy Statement and click on "I Agree".

  7. Fill in the requested information.

Jobs may take between 1 hour and 48 hours during working days, to be moderated and published. Before purchasing one of our products please ensure that you have read our Terms & Conditions.
You can edit, create a similar job, advertise or delete a published job all through the jobsinmalta.com employer platform. Little icons and tooltips on hover will help guide you.

Yes, jobsinmalta.com can represent your job advertising on your behalf without mention of your company or brand. CV applications will still be sent directly to you. Kindly get in touch by email or by phone.

If you are a job seeker, your account will never expire. You can modify your Job Alert preferences at any time by signing in.

If you are an employer, you will be able to log in as and when you please, by clicking on the Employer sign in button. Items in your shopping cart which have not yet been processed will be saved.
