PharOS is seeking for an ERP Administrator as follows:

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manages and maintains the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system.
  • Supports the transition and implementation of SAP ERP, ensuring data integrity and system functionality during and after migration.
  • Provides ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of ERP systems to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute the transition from Business Central to SAP.
  • Develops and maintains documentation related to ERP processes, system configurations, and user guides.
  • Trains users on new systems, processes, and procedures to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Leads or participates in ERP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external vendors, to achieve project objectives.
  • Tracks project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Contributes to the company’s digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on ERP systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ERP environment.
  • Supports the integration of ERP systems with other digital tools and platforms used in manufacturing and business operations.
  • Ensures that ERP systems comply with industry regulations, company policies, and data security standards.
  • Manages user access controls, data backup, and disaster recovery processes. Carries out sampling of raw materials and in-process materials according to GLP and FDA standards.

 

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Proven experience with SAP ERP, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, data migration, and integration processes.
  • Experience in project management and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is highly desirable.
  • Proactive attitude towards work and learning new tasks.
  • Team working spirit
  • Ability to deliver under specific and demanding deadlines
