The selected person will be responsible to:
Providing first-line technical support to students, teachers, and administrative staff, both remotely and on-site.
Assisting in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software for classroom technology (computers, laptops, projectors, smart boards, etc.).
Supporting the school’s network and internet systems, ensuring reliable connectivity and minimizing downtime.
Managing user accounts and permissions for school systems (e.g., learning management systems, email, etc.).
Assisting the IT Group’s team in supporting the wider business network, including desktop support, network troubleshooting, and basic server maintenance.
Providing remote and occasional on-site support to various departments within the Group.
Helping with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software across the Group.
Supporting the IT team in maintaining cybersecurity measures and responding to technical incidents.
