Site Foreman

APARK-MLT Ltd. (a subsidiary of Bonnici Group) is currently looking to recruit a Site Foreman to join their team on a full-time basis.

Working on a variety of company projects, the Site Foreman will be responsible for: 

• Supervising the daily operations of the assigned teams
• Organising and planning works ensuring effective utilisation of resources
• Ensuring assigned tasks are progressing according to the planned timeframe
• Dealing with any administrative functions that may be required
• Providing basic training and promoting best practices on the site
• Ensuring the site is compliant with Health and Safety requirements
• Any ad-hoc duties that may arise at the sole discretion of the management.

The ideal candidate should be:

• An experienced and practical person with strong hands-on experience in the industry
• Knowledgeable leader, good communicator, possess time management skills as well as being a highly analytical person
• Experienced in operating heavy equipment would be beneficial
• In possession of a valid driving licence ideally up to C1 category
• Fluency in spoken and written English. Fluency in Turkish would be considered an asset, however, is not required.
