Assistant Technician
Job Overview: The Assistant Technician helps with daily services and repairs at clients' homes. They support senior technicians, make sure appliances work properly, and provide good customer service. The job requires basic technical skills, responsibility, and politeness.
Main Duties:
• Help install, fix, and maintain products and equipment.
• Check appliances to find problems and fix them.
• Follow service requests and solve problems quickly at clients' homes.
• Make sure all work is safe and meets the standards.
• Prepare tools and materials for each job and assist senior technicians.
• Talk to clients politely and keep them updated on the work.
• Keep records of the work done and the materials used.
• Follow company safety rules and guidelines.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
