We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an After Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service and support to our clients after they have made a purchase. You will be the main point of contact for any post-sales inquiries or issues, and will work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Visit customers and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Identify and report any recurring issues to management for further improvement
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and organised
