Corporate Lawyer
We are looking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to join our client team.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a bank offering banking services to international corporate clients and is located in Sliema, Malta.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling all corporate matters of their Maltese registered companies.
- Company secretary role and duties of their Maltese registered companies and committees.
- Support various teams by reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and advising Management on how to best approach.
- Analyse the legal implications of various issues across all companies and advising Management thereon.
- Keep abreast with changes in the law and advising Management accordingly.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Warrant to practice as an Advocate in Malta.
- 3+ years of work experience.
- Able to work on own initiative, multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Highly organized, meticulous and focused.
- Strong work ethic, pro-active and professional work attitude.
- Very good command of the English and Maltese language.
EDUCATION
A Degree in Law.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

- Flexibility in starting time, from 06:30 till 09:00, 40 hours per week with 1 hour break daily.
