Corporate Lawyer
Our client in the Corporate Services Industry is looking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting with legal documentation and needs
- Taking a leadership role in managing clients, authorities and MBR
- Ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Supporting and understanding in the KYC and Compliance requirements
- Assisting clients with corporate related queries
- Understanding the duties on how the company can support and guide clients in promoting strong corporate governance practices
- Supporting with legal advice for internal matters as well as clients
- Supporting in the day to day
- A minimum of 2 years of local experience in a Corporate Legal role
- Excellent verbal and written English
- A Degree Level of Education in Law
- Flexible working hours
- Hybrid working after probation
