In-house lawyer

Our client, a boutique CSP is seeking to recruit an In-house lawyer. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Acting as the primary contact for any legal related enquiries concerning the company whilst providing guidance and support as required
• Overseeing and providing advise on corporate and trust services and ensuring compliance is in line with any relevant regulatory requirements 
• Drafting and reviewing of corporate documents, commercial agreements, policies & procedures
• Supporting the Director responsible for legal matters and contributing to the company's strategic direction 

• Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a similar role. Candidates holding a background in the TCSP industry will be given preference
• Hold excellent regulatory compliance experience
• Possess strong intrapersonal skills
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Hold excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese

• Possess a Degree in Law and locally warranted
