Corporate and Commercial Lawyer

Our Client, a leading multidisciplinary law firm specializing in array of practices, is seeking to recruit a skilled and motivated Corporate and Commercial Lawyer with 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex corporate transactions and commercial matters, representing high-profile clients in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide timely and accurate advice to clients on various legal issues.
• Assist in the preparation of corporate transactions, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and the completion of legal documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering proactive solutions to meet their business needs.
• Collaborate closely with senior partners and other legal professionals within the firm.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in corporate and commercial law to ensure compliance and identify potential risks and opportunities for clients.

• 1-2 years of experience in corporate and commercial law
• Warrant to practice Law in Malta
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
