Our client, operating in the catering industry, is looking for a Training Coordinator to join their growing team. Reporting to the Training Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring that team members are trained as per company standards to ensure that customer service levels are maintained at all times
Visiting outlets to meet team members and provide on the job training
Delivering training sessions
Ensuring that training material and documentation is constantly updated whilst keeping track of training outcomes
Identifying training needs and facilitating training projects and initiatives
Skill-sets and Requirements
Excellent command of English
Valid driving licence
Excellent presentation skills
Education & Experience
Education background in a relevant field is a requirement
