Training Coordinator

Our client, operating in the catering industry, is looking for a Training Coordinator to join their growing team. Reporting to the Training Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

• Ensuring that team members are trained as per company standards to ensure that customer service levels are maintained at all times
• Visiting outlets to meet team members and provide on the job training 
• Delivering training sessions 
• Ensuring that training material and documentation is constantly updated whilst keeping track of training outcomes 
• Identifying training needs and facilitating training projects and initiatives 

• Excellent command of English
• Valid driving licence
• Excellent presentation skills

• Education background in a relevant field is a requirement
• Experience in a similar role would be a must
• Good command of Microsoft tools
