Human Resources Business Partner

Our Client, one of the leading companies in Malta are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with management and employees to provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives
• Collaborate with management to identify and address HR needs and challenges
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations and handle any conflicts or issues that may arise
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all new hires
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
• Handle performance management and employee evaluations
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  

Working Hours: Monday - Friday.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position locally.
• Experience in handling employee relations and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
