Training Administrator (m/f/x)

TIPICO SERVICES MALTA LIMITED is currently looking to recruit a Training Administrator (m/f/x) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
As a Training Administrator (m/f/x), you would play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of Tipico's office employees. Your main responsibility would be to assist the HR team in coordinating training sessions and learning programs by providing administrative support to the Learning and Development team.

Your playing field
Working globally: 
You will spend your days coordinating global onboarding sessions for new hires as well as planning and scheduling training sessions organized by HR, including remote training and the selection and booking of venues, equipment and other facilities.

Collaboration: 
Within your role, you will collaborate with external trainers and own the communication and organization of training activities.

Reporting and Quality:
You will ensure that training records are complete and maintained in accordance with compliance standards and create reporting for internal stakeholders.

Support: 
You will support the Learning & Development team with any local and groupwide projects.

Contact Person: 
You will be the point of reference for employee queries related to employee training and development administration.
