Our client, a manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator on Part time basis (20 hours a week).
Main duties include :
Inputting of time and attendance data.
Investigating any significant discrepancies in time and attendance according to established guidelines and procedures.
Processing all approved pre- and post-tax payroll adjustments to employee base wages.
Processing and finalizing periodic payrolls.
Submitting all local filings to the Inland Revenue.
Preparing payments for authorization.
Addressing employee pay-related concerns and providing accurate payroll information.
Providing support to other finance departments when needed.
Requirements
Previous Experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Education and Experience
O Level Standard in both Maths and English
