Payroll Administrator (Part-time)

Our client, a manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator on Part time basis (20 hours a week).
Main duties include :
- Inputting of time and attendance data.
- Investigating any significant discrepancies in time and attendance according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Processing all approved pre- and post-tax payroll adjustments to employee base wages.
- Processing and finalizing periodic payrolls.
- Submitting all local filings to the Inland Revenue.
- Preparing payments for authorization.
- Addressing employee pay-related concerns and providing accurate payroll information.
- Providing support to other finance departments when needed.
Requirements
- Previous Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Education and Experience
- O Level Standard in both Maths and English
