In line with our aspirations to be a key player in the international mobility industry, we are currently on the lookout for a Junior HR Generalist to join our team.
Who you are:
You are a highly motivated individual with a grasp of European employment law and experience with recruitment and on-boarding processes.
What you’ll do:
• Recruitment: Utilise your recruitment experience to source, screen, coordinate interviews, provide candidates with feedback, and onboard top talent.
• Benefits: Coordinate benefit offerings, ensuring a happy and engaged workforce.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and queries. Support with performance management, disciplinary action, and conflict resolution.
• HR Systems: Master our HRIS, ATS, identita, and JobsPlus systems to streamline administrative tasks and ensure data accuracy.
• European Employment Law: Stay up-to-date on HR trends, relevant legislation and regulations.
What you’ll bring:
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Junior HR Generalist role or similar.
• Proven experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Jobsplus, HRIS, and identita systems.
• Knowledgeable regarding European employment law and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive and resilient attitude.
