Our Client, one of the leading companies in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Executive (Training & Development). Reporting to the Head of HR, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the Company’s performance management program, ensuring all employees have up-to-date job descriptions and training plans, and conducting final performance appraisals. 
  • Providing induction training for all employees, outsourced workers, and self-employed individuals working for the company. 
  • Managing the maintenance of accurate employee records, including processing new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations in both physical employee files and HR systems. 
  • Supporting the HR Manager in handling disciplinary and grievance matters when necessary. 
  • Generating HR reports and ensuring they are distributed within designated timeframes. 
  • Assisting the HR Manager in organising the Company’s Training and Development programs and ensuring compliance with statutory training requirements. 
  • Implementing policies and procedures to foster effective employee relations and promote harmonious industrial relations within the Company. 
  • Collaborating with departmental managers to coordinate training initiatives. 
  • Assisting the HR Manager with ad-hoc projects as needed, such as the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) process.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs

Attractive salary + bonus.

  • Experience in conducting employee training and development programs, with a background in the FMCG industry, would be advantageous.
  • Skilled in enhancing and expanding existing HR initiatives
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English.
Education and Experience
  • Completion of a Diploma in Human Resources or its equivalent
  • Health & Life Insurance
