Our client, a leading provider of IT Infrastructure and Professional services, is looking to recruit a Hospitality Implementation Specialist to join their team. Reporting to the COC, the chosen candidate will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and guidance, leading to a certification to:

  • Provide insights into best practices for configuring and customizing Hospitality Solutions, offering guidance on tailoring the solutions to meet specific client requirements;
  • Suggest resources, courses, and materials to aid in training sessions and workshops, ensuring you gain a comprehensive understanding of Hospitality Solutions and their functionalities;
  • Encounter implementation-related issues, assist in troubleshooting and providing potential solutions, drawing from known troubleshooting techniques and best practices;
  • Share strategies and methodologies for continuous improvement in implementation processes, helping streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and attention to detail are highly valued in this role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Need to be settled in Malta for a minimum of 3 years.
Education and Experience
  • Basic knowledge of software implementation processes is advantageous, but candidates with no prior experience who are eager to learn and develop their skills are welcome.
  • Fluency in Maltese and English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with clients and the team.
  • Must be experienced in PMS (Property Management System ) (Ex: Opera or Room Master is favorable)
  • MUST hold a background in the Hospitality industry, specifically in Reservation and/or Front Office roles
