Food and Beverage Attendant

Job Description
CF Leisure Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit  Food and Beverage Attendants to join their team on a full-time basis.

About the Company:
CF Leisure will be opening a one-of-a-kind, 3500sqm Entertainment Arena in the heart of St. Julian’s. We are looking for individuals to join the Food and Beverage Department within this new Arena.

Some of the duties in the Food and Beverage Department:

• Assist and supervise various cleaning duties
• Be responsible for the daily operation of the food and beverage department and maintaining hygiene standards of all the restaurant areas
• Assist the operational team with the smooth running of the department
• Assists operational team for receiving and sorting of supplies
• Carry out additional duties which come in and respond quickly
• Greet customers and share information on amenities available
• Assist customers with respective services as per designated section
• Check that customers are satisfied
• Prepare the bill when requested and cash up bills
• Administer changes to tables if needed.

Requirements:

• Endurance to walk and stand for long hours
• Flexible work hours, from Monday to Sunday from 10:00hrs to 23:30hrs including public holidays
• Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Coordination to carry plates or trays without dropping anything.

Important:

• Candidates must be already located in Malta
• Being fluent in communication in English is a must and any other language will be considered an asset.
