Barista / Bartender

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a dynamic role that combines the art of coffee making with the craft of mixology. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen interest in beverages, both caffeinated and alcoholic.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care.
- Craft and serve cocktails, wines, and other alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure a positive experience.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, and bar equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Manage inventory of coffee, alcohol, and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock availability.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Stay updated on beverage trends and techniques to enhance product offerings.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista and/or bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso preparation, and cocktail mixing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus.
