Capital City Suites Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Rooftop Snack Bar & Breakfast Chef to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Job Description:

Are you a young and passionate cook ready to take the next step and showcase your creativity while gaining hands-on experience and growing your skills?

The Capital Boutique Hotel Valletta is seeking a motivated Rooftop Snack Bar & Breakfast Chef to lead the culinary experience of our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare breakfast buffet and à la carte options for hotel guests
  • Be the chef behind our evening snack bar, crafting a variety of light bites and snacks for our rooftop venue
  • Bring your creativity to the table by contributing to menu development and experimenting new ideas
  • Check deliveries, ensure freshness and maintain proper storage
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, kitchen supplies and ingredient usage
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Apply if you have:

  • Relevant culinary experience
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for presentation
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills, multitasking abilities and adaptability
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • General English, both speaking and writing.
