Entertainment Attendant

Job Description
CF Leisure Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit Entertainment Attendants to join their team on a full-time basis.

About the Company:
CF Leisure will be opening a one-of-a-kind, 3500sqm Entertainment Arena in the heart of St. Julian’s. We are looking for dynamic recreation attendants to join our organization. In this role, you'll oversee providing patrons with a fun, safe experience at our recreational centre. The ideal candidates are to have exceptional customer service skills and a sharp eye for detail to prevent any unsafe behaviour.

Recreation Attendant Responsibilities:

• Supervising the respective section/area to ensure a smooth flow of patrons entering and exiting the facilities
• Maintaining the attraction's equipment with regular cleanings and inspections
• Assisting patrons with special needs to use the attraction equipment, or to enter/exit the area safely
• Overseeing company safety programs and policies and attending to patrons in need of minor medical assistance
• Ensure that all patrons are aware of all house safety rules and regulations and adhered to.

Recreation Attendant Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
• Working knowledge of company safety protocols and ability to administer minor medical care
• Solid leadership skills and knowledge of management best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with inventory management and stock-taking
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods of time
• A calm, friendly demeanour, and good conflict-resolution skills.

Important:

• Candidates must be already located in Malta
• Being fluent in communication in English is a must and any other language will be considered an asset.
