Food & Beverage Team Member

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure accuracy and promptness in order delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
