Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
- Assist in the setup and ensure dining area is always clean and organised.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely service and quality standards.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus.
