Financial Analyst

General Soft Drinks Co Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Financial Analyst.

Processing of tax and regulatory submissions along with maintaining the companies’ accounts, including the inputting of accounting entries in the companies’ ERP systems, assisting external auditors, and providing forecasts.

Tasks:

• Posting accounts payable invoices, performing creditors’ reconciliation and preparing/approving electronic bank payments.
• Preparing and analysing accounting records, management accounts, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Assisting with the preparation of VAT returns and other regulatory compliance.
• Assisting with the preparation of NSO surveys as requested.
• Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Performing inventory counts and ensuring proper accounting and reporting related to inventory.
• Providing support on business improvement projects.
• Providing support in the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Assisting during the internal and external audit.
