Job Description

As an Accounts Accounts Payables Clerk at ST Hotels, you will play an essential role in managing the payment cycle, ensuring vendor payments are processed accurately and on time. This position involves detailed record-keeping, efficient processing of payments, and handling inquiries related to accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

o Receive, record, and log incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and for tracking purposes.

o Process invoices to ensure timely payments, verifying amounts and adhering to company policies.

o Conduct regular payment runs and coordinate with vendors to maintain positive relationships.

o Reconcile accounts to verify that payments accurately reflect goods and services received.

o Match and file invoices with receipts, maintaining organized records for easy access and audit purposes.

o Respond to inquiries from suppliers, contractors, and internal departments about payments and accounts payable.

o Request account statements from vendors as needed to keep records current.

o Distribute invoice copies to finance staff and relevant departments to support transparent record-keeping.

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience:

o 1-3 years in accounts payable or a similar finance role, with experience in financial documentation and payment processing.

Education:

o Qualification in Accounts.

Personal Skills

o Strong attention to detail to ensure payment accuracy and thorough record-keeping.

o Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

 Clear and professional communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams.
