Customer Service Representative

Centrecom Limited are looking to recruit a Call Centre Agent to join their team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for assisting our customers, understanding what they need, and solving any issues in the most outstanding way possible. 

• Fluent in Maltese & English OR English & Italian as these languages are required in the section we currently have vacant
• Excellent computer skills – Outlook 365, Word, and Excel
• You should feel confident that you can make our customers happy, and our days run a little more smoothly
• You need to be organized and a problem-solver
• You will need to perform tasks with initiative and creativity, spot the things that need to be done and find a way to make them happen
• And one last thing - You need to be ready to grow with us.

• This role is offered on a full-time indefinite contract on a shift basis
• Our generic opening hours are from 0600-2200hrs Monday-Sunday.
