We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual to provide support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanour.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing briefing materials and presentations for meetings.
  • Handling confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Anticipating the CEO’s needs and proactively providing solutions.
  • Managing business travel logistics for all company employees.
  • Updating management reports and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Assisting the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and respective files.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels of the company.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite and potentially sales-related applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
