Our client who specialises in the healthcare industry is looking for a Hospital and Clinic Administrator. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • General administration  
  • Liaising with suppliers for various healthcare-related items  
  • Assisting in the administration of Supply Chain Management 
  • Invoicing clients and issuing credit notes and receipts 
  • Office filing and updating of files and records and reception duties from time to time 
  • Other reception and ad-hoc office duties as required from

Working hours: Mon - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm working from home once a week after probation

Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail at all times & use your initiative to solve problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese
Education and Experience
  • Experience in tendering would be ideal but not a must
