Our client, a well-established, boutique corporate service provider, is seeking to recruit a Project Associate to join their team. Amongst others, responsibilities will include:     

  • Coordinating Travel arrangements for employees from quotation to booking stage
  • Managing and updating datasheets relative to the various steps in expense re-imbursement processes
  • Communicating with temporary workers mainly via email or calls
  • Assisting in the claims processes by working out costs associated with travel
  • Assisting in the invoicing processes
  • Assist in issuing periodic and ad hoc reports
  • Filing, data-inputting, mail-handling and processing of documentation and other administrative tasks as the need arises
  • Assisting management with other tasks relative to this project as the need arises.
Requirements
  • Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
  • Excellent command of both Maltese AND English is a must
  • Candidates must be mature, focused, attentive and driven with the ability to shift priorities and multi-task
  • Candidates must possess good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Candidates must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Good communicator with excellent report writing skills in English
Education and Experience
  • Minimum A Level Standard Of Education
  • Minimum of 2 years of strong, local, administrative experience is a must
  • Candidates with qualifications in International Relations, European Studies or Business/Public Administration will be preferred
