We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Assist with posting of invoices, payments, receipts
- Support day to day operations of the Finance Department
- Compile data and prepare reports
- Support the team with various clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate daily records of all financial transactions.
- Carry out other duties as required by Management
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping
- Good command of written and spoken English and/or Maltese
