Customer Support specialist

Lift Services Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Customer Support Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.

Your Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle calls and emails
• Coordinate bookings and appointments
• Prepare technical resources weekly
• Keep the team informed on operational updates
• Maintain and organise internal systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience is an asset
• Familiarity with Service Level Agreements is a plus
• Fluent in Maltese and English
• Knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous.

Contract, Location and Salary:

• Based in Malta
• Work will require daily in-person presence at the office 
• Salary bracket between €20,000 and €25,000 gross per year, depending on the experience.
