Corporate Finance Consultant

Our client one of the biggest CSP's are looking for a Corporate Finance Consultant to join their team 

Responsibilities:   

• Responsible for the strategic analysis of financial data 
• Prepare and present the financial and business models 
• Providing consultancy to companies on corporate and financial transactions  
• Providing advice to businesses on financing, capital expansion and capital efficiency 
• Train and provide technical guidance and feedback to team members on policies, methodologies, systems & procedures 
• Conducting regular assignment reviews with client and monitoring and measuring client satisfaction 
• Provide business and financial advisory engagements in various industry sectors

• Minimum of 5 years experience in operational decision-making roles, or consulting or leadership of business functions
• You possess, or are working towards attaining, the CFA designation
• Have extensive previous experience in the strategic analysis of financial data and financial and business modelling

• A degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Economics or Management
