Finance Analyst
Join Betsson Group as a Finance Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis

Betsson Group is looking for a talented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in providing valuable financial insights that drive critical decision-making and support the continued growth of our business.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Finance Analyst at Betsson, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Monthly Management Accounts: Assist in the preparation of detailed reports on revenue performance and KPIs, covering all areas of the P&L.
- External Reporting: Support the preparation of reports for external stakeholders and contribute to quarterly deliverables for the Board of Directors.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Co-ordinate and support the forecasting and budgeting processes across the business.
- Operational KPIs: Upload operational KPIs into AARO and help compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports to be presented to finance leadership.
- Business Cases: Assist in compiling and presenting business cases to support new market entries, marketing campaigns, and key investments.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience & Skills: A strong background in finance, with at least 3 years of experience in accounting, and an accounting qualification (ACCA or equivalent).
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze financial data effectively.
- Detail-Oriented & Proactive: Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, self-starter mentality.
- Driven & Collaborative: A committed, ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well with cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills and a talent for building relationships across teams and stakeholders.
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
- Prior experience in a similar role, particularly within FP&A.
