Technical Support Specialist

Our client is actively recruiting for an IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn and grow and the motivation and enthusiasm to take on new and challenging tasks in a growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Use your positive and customer focused attitude to provide exceptional 1st line support
• Work within your team to ensure operations are continuous
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various IT equipment, network devices and other IT systems in accordance with the IT policies and procedures
• Provide and maintain accurate documentation
• Support and maintain the client’s desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, desk phones, mobile devices and any other equipment which falls within the IT’s inventory
• Support and train various end users 
• Visit on-site for support required

• Extensive Knoweldge in VMWare, Hyper-V, Azure and Microsoft 365
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT Support role
• Valid Drivers License
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in Maltese preferred
• Excellent client facing skills
• Eager to grow and learn as much as possible in IT

• MCAST Diploma MQF 5 would be considered an asset
