Our client is looking for a Support Technician to provide on-site hardware engineering and L1/L2 application support. This role involves maintaining hardware, diagnosing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
- Incident and Change Management
- Asset and stock management
- Problem, Knowledge Management and training
- Ongoing and Preventive Maintenance
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Able to communicate well in English, both by speaking and writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience in installing and configuring PCs.
- Driving License.
- Higher level education in Mechanical/Electrical engineering (A-levels, diploma, or Degree).
- 3 years experience in the handling of electro/mechanical equipment or supporting desktop workstations and printers.
