Service Technician on Multi-Functional Printers

Our Client, Leaders in Document Technology, Products, and Services are looking for a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join their team and provide technical support for our Multi-Functional Printers. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining printers to ensure they are running at optimal performance for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on Multi-Functional Printers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients
• Install and configure new printers for clients
• Train clients on how to use the printers and troubleshoot basic issues
• Keep accurate records of all service calls and repairs
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on service requests and ensure their satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during product demonstrations
  

Working Hours:

Winter: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs

Summer: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1630hrs , 0800hrs - 1300hrs on roster basis

• Hold and excellent level of written and verbal English
• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
• Valid driver's license
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
