Junior IT Officer

Our client within the financial industry is looking for a Junior IT Officer to learn and grow within the team 

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to employees, addressing technical issues and escalating to third-party service providers as needed.
• Administer and support IT infrastructure in collaboration with third-party service providers.
• Manage Windows Server administration, including Active Directory.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and MS 365 services.
• Perform daily health checks on applications and infrastructure.
• Support core applications, communicating with the service provider's support team to address user-reported issues.
• Install necessary fixes or updates as required.
• Carry out daily application-related tasks, including end-of-day processes.

• experience in a similar role and/or familiarity with any of the following will be considered an asset. Howver internal training will be provided as needed.
• Self-motivated and ability to learn a variety of job descriptions.
