An international group of Hotels is currently recruiting for an internal IT Technician to join their team
Duties include:
- Provide first level IT support to all staff
- Installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing of workstations
- Setting-up peripherals such as printers, APs, smartphones, tablets, etc.
- Maintain head office servers and related Infrastructure technologies
- Maintain IT data/switch rooms
- Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing, support and repairs
- Handle IT projects pertaining to head office
- Maintain a hardware inventory
- Minimum of 2 years' of local experience in an IT support role with hands on experience
- Working knowledge of Office 365 and Active Directory
- Working knowledge of video conferencing an IP telephony
- Working knowledge of simple network setups, ideally including VLANs and routing
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
