IT Technician

An international group of Hotels is currently recruiting for an internal IT Technician to join their team

Duties include: 

• Provide first level IT support to all staff
• Installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing of workstations
• Setting-up peripherals such as printers, APs, smartphones, tablets, etc.
• Maintain head office servers and related Infrastructure technologies
• Maintain IT data/switch rooms
• Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing, support and repairs
• Handle IT projects pertaining to head office
• Maintain a hardware inventory

• Minimum of 2 years' of local experience in an IT support role with hands on experience
• Working knowledge of Office 365 and Active Directory
• Working knowledge of video conferencing an IP telephony
• Working knowledge of simple network setups, ideally including VLANs and routing

• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
