Our client in the Information Technology Industry is looking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line of support to employees onsite, and remotely with issues related to hardware, software and network.
Troubleshooting technical issues
Assisting in the installation, configuration of computer systems, and IT hardware
Managing user accounts, permissions and access rights
Providing support for corporate applications of clients
Assisting with network troubleshooting in terms of LAN/WAN, WIFI and VPN connections
Ensuring that all IT security policies are followed, including antivirus management, and secure user access
Supporting with the ticketing system
Supporting in any day to day requests
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar role locally
Experience in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint and Azure
Experience in Virtual Solutions and troubleshooting
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent will be considered an asset
