IT System Support Specialist

Our client is looking for a IT System Support Specialist to join their dynamic team.
Your key responsibilities:
- Identify and troubleshoot solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Identify and follow up on technical issues from start to finish.
- Track and resolve issues in agreed time frames while communicating and providing feedback to clients.
- Resolve client issues and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams.
- Assist on Systems Projects and maintain documentation for internal and external projects and systems.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Knowledge in Microsoft 365 products and Windows servers
- Understanding of Cisco networking and security and Cloud environments.
- Valid B License
- Qualifications in a relevant field.
