IT System Support Specialist

Our client is looking for a IT System Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. 

Your key responsibilities:

• Identify and troubleshoot solutions to software and hardware issues. 
• Identify and follow up on technical issues from start to finish.
• Track and resolve issues in agreed time frames while communicating and providing feedback to clients. 
• Resolve client issues and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams. 
• Assist on Systems Projects and maintain documentation for internal and external projects and systems. 

• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Knowledge in Microsoft 365 products and Windows servers
• Understanding of Cisco networking and security and Cloud environments.
• Valid B License

• Qualifications in a relevant field.
