Our client in the Information Technology Industry is looking to recruit an IT Support Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Providing 1st and 2nd line of support to clients onsite, and remotely with issues related to hardware, software, and network.
Troubleshooting technical issues
Assisting in the installation, configuration of computer systems, and IT hardware
Managing user accounts, permissions and access rights
Providing support for corporate applications of clients
Supporting in any day to day requests of the clients
Requirements
Proficient in setting up and maintaining Microsoft 365 and back-office products (Windows Server 2012-2022, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, etc.).
Skilled in supporting applications like MS Office 365, Sage, VPNs, and remote desktop support.
Knowledge of Hyper-V would be an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
Valid driving license
Education and Experience
Over 1 year of experience in a similar role, with strong team collaboration and motivation.
