IT Support Specialist

Our client is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their growing team in Malta.

Your Responsibilities:

• Performing 1st line technical and internal support related to both hardware and software.
• Raising requests to the relevant team.
• Overseeing the maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Assisting with the management of the IT inventory.
• Liaising with third parties to assist in the provision of IT services and/or implementation of IT projects.

• Fluency in both Maltese and English.
• Valid driving licence.

• Either an A'level in IT and 2 subjects at Intermediate level OR 6 O'levels and 2 years of work experience in IT.
