IT Support Officer

Our client is on the lookout for an IT Support Officer to join their team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Diagnose hardware and software issues within existing systems, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain inventory of hardware, including items sent for repair, and manage IT stocks effectively.
- Perform software updates on laptops/desktops while conducting testing of telephony systems.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to procure necessary items for projects or tasks.
- Provide user support and basic IT training to enhance user proficiency.
- Manage CCTV setup and maintenance for comprehensive visibility.
- Maintain access control system by managing access permissions as directed.
- Previous work experience in a similar role.
- Valid driving licence.
- Fluency in both Maltese and English.
- An IT-related certification
