IT Support Officer

Our client is on the lookout for an IT Support Officer to join their team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Diagnose hardware and software issues within existing systems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain inventory of hardware, including items sent for repair, and manage IT stocks effectively.
• Perform software updates on laptops/desktops while conducting testing of telephony systems.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to procure necessary items for projects or tasks.
• Provide user support and basic IT training to enhance user proficiency.
• Manage CCTV setup and maintenance for comprehensive visibility.
• Maintain access control system by managing access permissions as directed.

• Previous work experience in a similar role.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluency in both Maltese and English.

• An IT-related certification
