IT Specialist

Studio 7 Co. Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an IT Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team and provide technical support and expertise to our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and a passion for problem-solving and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing new solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support and assistance to employees about hardware, software, and network issues
• Performing software and hardware-related configuration and installation of server and operating systems solutions
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and other IT equipment
• Monitor and maintain network security, including firewalls and anti-virus software
• Design and commissioning of IT-based Digital AV solutions
• Supporting projects, including Live Streaming and Simultaneous Interpretation.

The ideal candidate should have :

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT specialist role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Familiarity with network security and data backup solutions
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
