IT Administrator

Our client, a family run group of businesses within the FMCG industry, is looking to recruit an IT administrator within their growing IT department. Daily responsibilities would include:

• Monitoring and resolve general matters of the internal system security.
• Support and installation for internal hardware, software and network issues as delegated by the senior manager.
• Participate in systems analysis and design.
• Support internal departments with reporting tools and system data, while documenting all solutions and and measures taken.
• Participate in and contribute towards the implementation of IT related projects within the deparment as needed.

• 1 - 2 years experience in a technical supporting role, both onsite and remotely.
• Previous experience in a Windows environment;
• Great knowledge of basic networking principles.
• Team-player, Excellent communicator and resolution driven.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Dyamics 365 and Power BI would be considered an asset.

• Diploma in IT or in a similar field is necessary
