ICT Support Executive

Our client, specializing in the food manufacturing sector is looking for an ICT Support Executive to join their growing team. Reporting to the IT Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• General support at hardware, software and network levels
• Installation and setup of all ICT related hardware, software and network
• Participate in and contribute towards the implementation of ICT related projects
• Document ICT inventory and processes
• Other general ICT related responsibilities

• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have an understanding of networking, managed switches and patch panels
• Have a good understanding of Windows environment and able to offer support
• Open to work an on-call, when required

• A basic qualification in IT
