ICT Operations Executive

A client of ours is currently on the lookout for a ICT Operations Executive to join their growing team 

Duties include: 

• Ensure excellent ICT service delivery and contribute to the department’s Quality Management System.
• Develop and monitor IT Service Management processes including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Assets, and Knowledge Management.
• Evaluate ICT service performance against set targets.
• Manage ICT contracts and enforce Service Level Agreements.
• Collaborate on process design and implementation for improved service delivery.
• Provide feedback on technical support from the outsourced partner and implement improvements.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Address and resolve ICT issues promptly and efficiently.
• Supporter for ongoing service improvements.
• Coordinate with auditors and implement recommendations.
• Contribute to annual ICT budgets.
• Oversee project/service delivery within schedule, budget, and quality parameters.
• Manage Change Management Process in collaboration with ICT Operations Manager.
• Support IT audits and develop quality processes in line with industry standards.
• Assist in developing IT policies and procedures, hardware procurement, staff development, and change management initiatives.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Team lead experience would be considered as an asset
• Able to plan, execute, and manage service-related changes without supervision
• Proficient user of quantitative applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft Products

• MQF Level 6 qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business & IT or related field
