IT Systems Administrator

What's expected of you?
- Offer first-line support for IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
- Promptly address and resolve user inquiries and issues through in-person assistance, phone calls, or email
- Escalate more complex problems to senior IT staff when required
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and patch management
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies
- Support the management of local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and other network segments
- Aid in the configuration and upkeep of network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in line with company policies
- Manage permissions and access rights to ensure data security
What are you expected to bring?
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar position
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals, or equivalent
- Proficiency in task management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team collaboration abilities
- Rapid problem-solving and analytical skills
